ProAV India Warranty Repairs

When you have a Infitel product / solution / service that requires a repair you will need to fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Request Form. 

To obtain this number email completed RA Number Request Form to Infitel at

warranty.repairs@Infitelindia.com . 

The following information is required for RA Number requests: 

Company Information

Include company name, complete address, and a point of contact with phone and fax number. 

Product / Service Information

Include the product part number, serial number, date code and reason for return. If you cannot determine any of this information, please have the product with you or near you when you call to receive your RA Number. 

Return Service

Include the repair service: Normal or Expedited (additional charges apply), and the method of return shipping (note ground shipping is included, whereas shipping and handling charges will apply for all other shipping options). All charges must be paid in advance with a credit card. 

Incomplete information will delay the RA Number issuing process. 

If product is not returned to Infitel within 60 days of RA Number issuance, the RA will expire and a new RA Number must be obtained. 

Returned products must be carefully packed, with the RA Number clearly written on outside of package, and returned freight pre-paid to:

Please obtain an RA Number before returning a package to Infitel. Infitel will not accept any package for repair that does not have an RA Number. 

If the product is out-of-warranty or if the warranty has been voided, then a credit card will be required to secure the repair. 

Repair Status

To find out the status of a repair, including method of return shipping and/or shipper tracking numbers, e-mail us at repairstatus@Infitelindia.com . We will need your name, company name, and RA#.
